Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Urban Era Customs! We work hard to get your apparel packaged and on its way to you as quickly as possible.

1. Processing & Delivery Times

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Because many of our items are custom-designed or made-to-order, processing may occasionally take a little extra time to ensure perfect quality.

Estimated Shipping Time: Once shipped, standard delivery takes 7–10 business days.

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to update.

2. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated dynamically and displayed clearly at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.

3. International Shipping & Customs

We offer international shipping worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to local import duties, customs fees, or VAT upon arrival. These charges are determined by your country's customs office and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

4. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged, or if tracking shows it was delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us within 7 days at hello.urbaneracustoms@gmail.com.

Please keep all original packaging  and damaged items, as we may need photos to file a quick claim with the carrier and secure your replacement.
